What are the best exfoliating treatments for Spring. I have a lot of dead flaky skin left over from the worst of the winter months?

Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive, no downtime procedure used to resurface the skin. Micro-dermabrasion can correct rough skin texture, uneven pigmentation, photo-aging and acne.

Hydrafacial is a hydrating skin resurfacing system that exfoliates while infusing specific serums for deep cleansing and correction of age related skin conditions

For a topical exfoliation,
enzyme and acid peelsare suitable for all skin types to loosen those dead skin cells. A peel can be a great way to get quality skin care when you have little time. It will promote good skin health, even the color in your skin, giving your skin a younger and healthier appearance.

I shave my bikini area because I’m allergic to most waxes, but I still get a bumpy rash along my bikini line. Is there anything I could use to prevent this?

Shaving or waxing can cause the hair to split and loop around just under the surface of the skin. When the hair underneath the skin starts to grow it pushes up against instead of through the skin. We call this an ‘ingrown’ hair, and this is causing what looks like a ‘bumpy rash’. Products that contain acetylsalicylic acid that exfoliate the skin can help to soften the skin and allow the hairs to push through. If ingrown hairs are a consistent issue for you, consider laser hair removal.
